The Business Analyst will support, train, and bring innovative solutions to the different groups and functions for the project with the intent of improving our business processes and profitability. This position reports to the Team Lead, and will work closely with the Team and mobile support group, as well as the Business Units.
The Business Analyst position requires strong business skills to solve organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.
The position requires bachelor degree (or equivalent) in the same or related field. You must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities:
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Work closely with and business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes.
• Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review use cases and other technical documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.
• Develop effective reporting tools for the business unit.
• Analyze the business unit’s activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Business Unit Leader and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
• Prepare routine reports (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.).
Qualifications:
• Should have a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in the same or related field on technical roles in the field.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile platforms, and enterprise software applications, Web Applications.
• Technical experience with Web development and user support.
• Good working knowledge skills with Mobile and Web Applications.
• Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.

This position reports to the Team Lead, and will work closely with the Team and mobile support group, as well as the Business Units.
Programmer Analyst analyzes and designs information systems and designs and writes the application programs for the system. In theory, a programmer analyst is both system analyst and applications programmer. In practice, the title is sometimes simply a reward to a programmer for tenure. Which skill is really dominant is of concern when recruiting people with such titles
Responsibilities:
• Analyze user requests to determine parameters of required program and if a new program must be created or if an existing program can be modified.
• Design, code, test, maintain, and document highly complex computer programs based on user requests.
• Build highly complex user interface applications and back-end databases using expert-level skills in various web development tools, programming languages and scripting languages.
• Author highly complex web pages and complex templates into which user content is loaded to generate dynamic web pages.
• Analyze and documents user information needs or business problems and determines most effective/efficient programming solution.
• Assist/mentor less experienced programmers with this process.
• Provide unique data and reports as requested by users.
• Design and develops application integration between systems.
• Assist less experienced programmers in resolution of work problems related to program specifications or programming.
• Assist in staff development by training employees, scheduling, directing and monitoring employees, and serving as an informational resource regarding policies and procedures. Act as a team leader and mentor for other programmers.
• Provide assistance and expertise in implementing, programming, and troubleshooting systems; addressing complaints and resolving complex problems including user support.
• Assist with coordination of projects; leads and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install and modify programs.
• Maintain professional knowledge of current trends and developments in the field and applies pertinent new knowledge to performance of other responsibilities.

The System Analyst position requires strong business skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and occasionally modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems.
The incumbent will consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
The incumbent will also be responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures to liaison with 3rd party application development consultants.
You must have a knowledge of relational databases, web and client-server concepts, and be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our systems
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
• Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
• Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
• Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
• Provide minor programming for some in-house IT projects.
• Provide administration in live and test environments.
• Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
• Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
• Verify database and data integrity.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the IT network team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the CIO.
• Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
• Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
• Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues. Qualifications:
• Should have a minimum of atleast of a Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in the same or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile platforms, and enterprise software applications and Web applications.
• Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development and user support.
• Good background in Data Base design in Microsoft SQL and Access.
• Background in Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic, Excel, Word, Outlook and HTML.
• Good working knowledge skills with SAP CRM.(optional)
• Working knowledge of SAP Net weaver, SAP Portal would be an asset(Optional)
